As the Supervisor of Employee Benefits Processing, I oversee daily operations of our benefits processing team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant administration of employee benefits. This role is responsible for coordinating workflows, resolving complex benefit issues, and ensuring consistent application of Client's policies and benefits compliance. Assist with Client onboarding, working with our implementation teams on content creation for member communications, visual/informational resources, training materials, SOPs and workflow automation.
Benefits operations and HR systems leader with 20+ years spanning employee benefits administration, financial management, and regulatory compliance. Currently supervises benefits processing at CNO Financial Group/Optavise, where she leads open enrollment and new-hire operations, authors SOPs and client communication templates, and runs audits to safeguard data integrity across employee changes.
Brings a distinctive blend of operational and financial depth: a former Head of Finance, HR & Legal Compliance who built budgets, forecasts, and internal controls, and a licensed insurance and registered representative (FINRA SIE, S6, S63; Life & Health) who designed personalized benefits and financial solutions for individuals and small businesses.
