My experience in business and accounting is vast. In the 20 years I have worked with several CPA’s that I supported Clean up of books for tax returns, Audit prep for IRS in which I review books on audit list, corrected errors and allocations, competed analysis and risk factors and completed files ( invoices, costs, payments, etc) for CPA audit meetings. While being independent for the last 14 years, I have worked with small business, again duties being vast. This consisted of correcting COA to business type structure and industry, month data entry and reconciliations for Bank, credit cards, assets & loans to prepare month end financials for P & L and Balance Sheet. Foretasting reports on A/R & payable. Completes audits for Sales Tax, WC & G&L policies, processed payroll. From 2013-2018 (while still being independent) I worked for a start up company that did Government Contraction. I started cleaning up their books to align with DCAA & FARS rules and requirements. I provided pricing methods and reporting on proposals for price justification. As the company obtain more & more sub-contract wins I took on more responsibility including  all accounting / bookkeeping, payroll in over 6 states, recruiting for contract positions, on boarding FTE’s, HR and employee benefits, licenses & permits. At the end of 2018 my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 breast caner and by June of 2018 this was a full time job for my through her end of life. I continued to work with solely small clients from my home office where i had the personal time for family. In 2019 we  moved after my mothers passing and I have continued to work with small clients on a one and one basis utilizing business strategies, problem solving and analytic skills in bookkeeping.
