I am seeking 1099 contract/project-based bookkeeping work, not full-time W-2 employment. I am licensed and available for one-time cleanup, catch-up, and review projects for small businesses, freelancers, independent contractors, and service-based professionals.

Services may include QuickBooks review, transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliation, cleanup of obvious bookkeeping issues, AP/AR review, expense organization, and a written summary of completed work and items needing client/CPA review.

Current project options:

6-Hour Cleanup Block — $300
Best for light to moderate cleanup, review, categorization, and reconciliation catch-up.

8-Hour Cleanup Block — $400
Best for more involved cleanup, multiple accounts, or books needing extra attention.

2-Day Cleanup Intensive — Starting at $1,000
Best for larger catch-up projects, multiple months, multiple accounts, or priority cleanup work.

Additional time, if needed, is billed at a minimum of $50/hour and approved before continuing.

Bookkeeping support only. I do not provide tax filing, tax preparation, or tax advice.

Work completed depends on the condition of the books, transaction volume, access provided, and how quickly requested information is received.
