The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, data entry and basic accounting of Stellar Works US, UK and Europe entities. Experience with core accounting functions and QuickBooks is a must. Experience with international currencies and trade as well as manufacturing accounting is an added bonus, but not essential. You will be responsible for:
• Maintaining financial records in QuickBooks, Salesforce and McFrame (ERP), including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
• Supporting the preparation of financial statements, reports and the month close process while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards across markets
• Collaborating with various departments, including sales, customer service and operations to track project progress, monitor budgets, and prepare cost reports
• Managing the UK & Europe accounts and coordinating with our overseas teams to ensure European customer payments are managed correctly and timely
