We are in need of a full time person to handle all aspects of bookkeeping in QuickBooks -prepare and send invoices as well as enter and pay vendors. Set up capabilities to pay Sales tax in New York, Pennsylvania and other states as we have reached nexus. We are presently working in Account edge and QuickBooks. Account Edge experience would be a Plus. We presently use ADP for payroll. Must be comfortable working independently as well as with a team.. This position is onsite Fairfield, NJ. We are looking for someone to give us insight and keep our business financially healthy.
