Remote Full-Time Bookkeeper

We’re a growing bookkeeping and business management firm looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our remote team. We work with clients across many industries, so every day is different. If you enjoy solving problems, juggling multiple clients, and building relationships, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online
Handle A/R, A/P, reconciliations, payroll coordination, sales tax, 1099s, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow
Assist with inventory accounting, worker’s comp audits, and special projects
Communicate directly with clients, vendors, and employees
Keep work completed accurately, on time, within budget, and documented in our practice management system

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of QuickBooks Online experience (Required)
2+ years working for a bookkeeping or CPA firm with multiple clients (Required)
Inventory accounting experience a plus.
KarbonHQ and Bill.com experience strongly preferred (certifications are a huge plus; if not certified, you’ll complete both within 4 weeks)
QuickBooks Online Certification (or obtain within 2 weeks of hire)
Strong Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
Accounting degree or equivalent experience
Reliable high-speed internet, dual monitors, fast computer, antivirus protection, and a quiet workspace
Detail-oriented, organized, friendly, and able to manage deadlines without sacrificing quality
