I am trying to clear out old deposits and checks that are showing up in uncleared transactions.  Some of these have been cleared in previous years.   My beginning balance is correct and is currently balanced to date.  Just have all this stuff sitting there.   If I do a fake reconcile to get rid of it, I would need to enter a deposit for 4000.00 to match checks and keep the balance correct.  What account would I use ,  it is not income.

Or is there a better way?
