1) Are payments made to individual landlords still be used in 1099 MISC or 1099 NEC?

2) If the individual landlord passed away in 2020 and the bank owns the property until they sell the property, are the remaining rental payments reported on 1099 MISC or 1099 NEC or is a form necessary since it is a bank?
