Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, growth-minded Bookkeeper with multi-entity financial management expertise, including intercompany transactions and new market registrations. This full-time, contract-to-permanent role is for a proactive professional eager to contribute to our dynamic team.

Location: Hybrid – Onsite in Alpharetta, GA (Monday-Thursday) and Remote on Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multi-entity bookkeeping and intercompany transactions.
Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes, invoicing, and collections.
Prepare financial reports, track key metrics, and support month-end close.
Assist with job costing, projections, and cost estimates for business development.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations using QuickBooks Online.
Support new market registrations and process improvements.
Provide light HR and payroll support as needed.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience focused on multi-entity operations, AR/AP, and job costing.
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and financial reconciliation.
Experience in professional services or growing business environments.
Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting (on-site M-Th, remote Friday).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with intercompany transactions and new market registrations.
Background in nonprofit financial management is a plus.
Familiarity with month-end and year-end closing processes and compliance standards.
