Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Expertise in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
Strong understanding of general ledger management, journal entries, and adjusted entries, and the ability to record journal entries and maintain accurate ledgers.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and job costing.
Proficiency in preparing financial reports and performing financial analysis.
Familiarity with online and desktop QuickBooks and with Sage accounting software and the software Billing program.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and commands.
Detail-oriented with organizational skills and capable of managing multiple entities with separate charts of accounts.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Day shift, work from the Burbank, CA office.
