Enexia Pharmacy Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting functions across our pharmacy and real estate business operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with significant experience in full-cycle bookkeeping who can manage multiple sets of books with accuracy and professionalism.

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, recording and reconciling transactions, and preparing monthly financial reports. This role includes handling general ledger entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, and assisting with month-end closing processes. The position also involves tracking intercompany transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring mortgage and lease obligations for our real estate holdings, and maintaining vendor and inventory records for pharmacy operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping within complex, multi-entity environments. Experience in healthcare or real estate accounting is highly desirable. Candidates should be proficient in accounting software, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
