What You’ll Do
-Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable to maintain timely payments and organize records.
-Perform daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks to track expenses and categorize transactions.
-Reconcile accounts, monitor cash flow, and generate financial reports.
-Oversee payroll, tax compliance, and trust account management.
-Ensure accuracy in vendor payments, client settlements, and budgets.
-Prepare compliance reports, including payroll taxes and 1099 filings.

-Advanced QuickBooks proficiency and financial reporting experience.
-Knowledge of payroll platforms like ADP.
