The Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper plays a critical role in the financial operations of Conformer Products Inc. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant financial records, managing day-to-day accounting functions, producing key reports, and supporting the owner in understanding financial performance. Candidates must be proficient in QuickBooks Online. Training and guidance will be provided to set the right foundation, with opportunities for growth (including multi-state sales tax compliance). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in bookkeeping fundamentals, and capable of owning end-to-end accounting processes.

General Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Maintain full-charge bookkeeping for the business, including recording all financial transactions accurately and timely.
Manage customer deposits, posting and reconciling to ensure correct cash position.
Record and process accounts payable including, prepare, code, and schedule vendor invoices for payment.
Handle accounts receivable including issue invoices, apply payments, and resolve discrepancies.
