Hey there! We’re looking for a detail-loving, number-crunching, problem-solving Client Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. If you love keeping things organized, enjoy working with great people, and take pride in making financials make sense, we’d love to meet you!
We are a Client Accounting Services (CAS) practice, which means we go beyond traditional bookkeeping—we provide financial insights, cash flow management, and goal planning to help our clients grow sustainable and profitable businesses. We’re a laid-back but hard-working crew who values accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration while creating a friendly, supportive work environment where everyone is appreciated. 💡 This role starts at 5-10 hours per week, with the potential to grow into an employee position after a successful trial period. There’s lots of room for growth as we continue expanding!
What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Keeping financial records accurate, organized, and up to date in QuickBooks Online
🔹 Reviewing and reconciling bank and credit card accounts (precision is key!)
🔹 Managing invoices, receipts, and bills with third-party apps like Hubdoc, Bill, or Dext
🔹 Updating custom spreadsheets to help our clients track key financial data
🔹 Preparing and sending clear, easy-to-understand weekly client reports
🔹 Organizing and managing client records so nothing falls through the cracks
🔹 Looking for ways to streamline processes and improve workflows (we love efficiency!)
What We’re Looking For
✅ 2-4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (bonus if you’ve worked with clients directly!)
✅ QuickBooks Online pro with experience integrating third-party apps
✅ Experience using ClickUp, Hubdoc, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.), Bill, and Dext
✅ A self-starter who can manage tasks without constant oversight
✅ Detail-obsessed but can also see the bigger picture
✅ Strong time management skills—you know how to meet deadlines without stress
✅ A clear communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions or share ideas
✅ A team player who wants to grow with a company that genuinely cares about its people
