Experiened Full Time Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online experience to manage a portfolio of small business clients.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident in managing the full monthly bookkeeping cycle for a portfolio of clients with minimal supervision. You’ll be responsible for producing accurate, timely financial reports while building trusted relationships with clients and collaborating with our internal team.
5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online, including independently managing multiple small-business clients from transaction entry through month-end close.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO ProAdvisor Certification preferred).
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients and CPAs
Comfortable asking questions, identifying issues early, and communicating proactively.
Track record of catching and resolving discrepancies without hand-holding
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Experience with Financial Cents, Nickel, Bill.com, or similar platforms is a plus.
