We’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper to manage the financial side of our marketing agency with precision and expertise.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Provide relevant financial information and insights to the owner to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the financial health of the agency.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Master the software used within the agency to manage financial information.
• 10% of time will be light office management including receptionist duties, answering phone, stocking supplies, shipping packages.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
• Strong knowledge and training of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
