Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Maintain general ledgers and reconcile bank/credit card accounts
Record journal entries and adjust accounting records as needed
Assist with sales tax and payroll tax filings
Support accountants with year-end close and tax preparation tasks
Communicate with clients regarding missing information or open items
Bilingual English/Spanish
