QuickBooks Error 0xFFFFFFFF 80131500 is the export error that is faced by users when transferring data from Online Payroll to desktop. I faced this error during the process and this is the solution that helped me fix it.
• Click on Internet Options in the tools tab.
• In the Security tab option, select Trusted Sites.
• In the trusted sites list add Intuit.com.
• uncheck Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.
• Hit on Add and Close then Ok.
