Does anyone have an answer to my dilemma?  Been using quickbooks for at least 20 years. My last upgrade was to Pro 2007.  Over the years it was used for business & personal accounts.  I have since retired and would like to keep the old desktop single user version.  I installed it on a new laptop and could not register it. Quickbooks support told me that the version I have is no longer supported and therefore will not register it.  I have all the past license and activation numbers but cannot find where to enter them manually.  Support says I must buy the subscription '22 version for $400/year.

Any insight would be helpful.
