Hi there,

In February, my boss issued a handwritten $15K bonus check to one of the company’s employees. Payroll taxes for the bonus were reported on the employee’s monthly paycheck along with his usual salary.

Processing the quarterly forms, I realize that the $15K wasn’t reported.

What steps should I take to report this amount?
