The Accounting & Operations Manager is responsible for managing VSTI’s day-to-day finance and operations activities, including payroll coordination, expense tracking, invoicing contractor administration, onboarding support, and financial system management. This role will work closely with company leadership to maintain accurate financial records, strengthen internal operational controls, and support accounting system readiness for future government contracting requirements, including project-based cost tracking and indirect cost allocation.
