Senior Full-Charge Retail Bookkeeper (Shopify + Inventory) to take full ownership of day to day bookkeeping across a high volume retail operation. This is a full time, hands on role for someone who values precision, consistency, and clarity in financial records. This is not a controller or finance position. We are looking for a true bookkeeper who works comfortably in the details and takes pride in clean, accurate books.
Weston Table operates both e commerce and brick and mortar channels. We are on the Shopify platform with a separate inventory system and QuickBooks as our general ledger. Shopify activity is reconciled through the A2X connector, which breaks down payouts into accurate accounting entries.
As soon as possible
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred but not required
Significant hands-on bookkeeping experience in a retail or ecommerce environment is essential
Weston Table is a retail brand focused on craftsmanship, heritage, and design. We operate e commerce and a brick and mortar store on Shopify with QuickBooks, managing high volume transactions, inventory, and direct mail with a disciplined, detail oriented approach.
