Chicago’s most prestigious wholesale/retail jeweler seeks Bookkeeper
Seasoned Bookkeeper, Part-time, 2-3 days a week, one day must be Saturday
Experience: 5-10 years, Must be proficient in Quick Books, will not train QuickBooks, Will train business needs using QuickBooks
Entries, month end reports, Customer data base manipulation
Some “light sales work will be needed”. Will train
Greeting clients, answering phones
Business attire required, as we are a retail store with a manufacturing flare to our operation
Downtown location, Michigan Ave. Near public transportation, CTA bus and train. Parking Garage is available, can subsidize parking.

Salary plus commission, paid vacation
