REACH of Louisville, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In close collaboration with our internal and external CPAs, the ideal
candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a full-time, primarily office-based position with some flexibility in terms of work arrangements.
To ensure a smooth and supported transition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the current Bookkeeper for several months prior to her retirement. The Bookkeeper will report directly to the CEO.

Have Office Management Skills
Hands On Experience With Word
Able to Prepare Depreciation Schedules
Experience with other Accounting Software
Experience (being an intermediary) With Other Outside Payroll Services
Experience with Quick Books
