We do not spend much time on Zoom, phones, etc., because Zendesk supports a Six Sigma environment that often feeds into US Federal Court Systems.

Task Project Tools are Heavily Used, so task assignments are in written format. Since this project is remote in a team environment, clear, written, detailed task updates are needed frequently. The updates you provide are the only details a team of 20 would have to go off of at all times.

Team members include CPAs, US Federal Tax Attorneys, Govt Agencies, and Court Admins. There is no training in this environment, as multiple accounting principles related to GAAP, GAAS, OMB, FAR, and PCAOB guidelines are followed throughout our work. However, remote experience is needed. Written communication in a remote environment is very different because of the level of detail required. Written communication is equivalent to an audit and/or federal investigative reporting. Please verify you have this level of experience in your written communication to prevent wasting your time.
