Hi all,

I'm confused on this topic. EE lives in IN and works remotely for ABC, who is located in Delaware. ABC has hired the EE as a contractor for ACME whose offices are located in South Carolina. I understand that SC really doesn't play into this as far as payroll. However, now I'm left with IN and Delaware. Which state collects state withholding? The state where the EE lives, or the state where the company is headquartered?

Thanks,
